In addition to our mission of offering quality accommodation facilities / services to all who visit our city, for leisure or work, it is our Hotel's priority to protect and ensure the safety of its guests and employees. To this end, we closed our facilities during April and May, so that we can receive you again, guaranteeing the maximum safety and quality of our facilities and services.
Following the instructions of the General Directorate of Health and Tourism of Portugal, we prepared our contingency plan and procedures manuals in the areas of care and cleaning and hygiene, reinforcing hygiene and personal protection procedures, surface cleaning, clothing treatments, handling food and other security procedures in all areas of the hotel. Following this adaptation process, we joined the certification of Turismo de Portugal, and obtained the “CLEAN & SAFE” seal.
We are attentive to the evolution of COVID-19 and to the recommendations of official health organizations, in order to constantly adapt the above procedures. We also took advantage of this preparation time to make some improvements in our facilities, namely the change to wooden floors in the areas of the rooms, painting of the facilities.
